Important: Please note, that in iTunes you must not tick Do not sync older than 0 days under the Sync iCal Calendar option. If this is ticked and your Calendar entries are outside of the range this app will not pick them up and they will not be count.

Main Screen

Month
This shows you:
your Goal for the Month
what you did the previous month
what you have completed for the current month, and
the percentage completed for the current month.

Total
This shows you:
your Total Goal
how many of the Total amount your have complete, and
the percentage completed for the total.

Settings Tab

Use the Set Start Date Button to set the start date you want to track your goal from. (Currently the first day of the month is set as the default no matter which day you select. This may be changed in future version depending on user feedback).

Use the Set End Date Button to set the end date you want to track your goal to. (Currently the last day of the month is set as the default no matter which day you select. This may be changed in future version depending on user feedback).

Use the Total Goal field to enter the total number of occurrences of your task you wish to track.

Use the Month Goal field to enter the number of occurrences of your task you wish to track for the month.

Then in the Apple Calendar App, you enter the keyword you have chosen to track and Goal Tracker counts up the occurrences of the keyword and reports it back to you.
